Napcats Cat Sitting | Branding & Website Design

It’s another Mutley’s Marketing launch day! These are my favourite type of days – when the projects I’ve been working on are finally out into the world.

Today, I’m excited to announce that Napcats is now live and online.  Napcats is a new personalised stress-free cat sitting service in Glasgow. Providing professional care for your cat in your own home making it the ideal alternative to a cattery.  I just love the slogan as well “cuddles and care when you’re not there” – isn’t that perfect?

My passion is to help pet businesses succeed online (and offline) by helping design graphics and websites that not only look good but also allow them to grow their business. So when Gillian contacted me to help create the new logo and website for her start-up pet business, I was delighted and excited to learn more about her plans and ideas.

After meeting Gillian, I got to work designing the branding for Napcats. The first step was to decide on the colour scheme. We wanted something fresh and a little bit different to the norm so opted for a really pretty palette of lilac, dusky pink and light teal.  Designing the new logo was the next part of the project, I had such fun designing the concepts for the Napcats logo.  The final logo features a funky cat with a little heart nose and ‘Napcats’ in a simple but bold type.

We also designed business cards to help promote and advertise the business.

Once we had the branding set out, it was time to work on the website.   This is part of the process where we take all the initial ideas and pages of text and turn them into a cohesive and functional space to show off the services on offer.

The website brief outlined that the website was to have a clean and simple look that is mobile-responsive for those visiting on different devices.  And that’s exactly what we achieved.  The website has a beautifully clean design with pops of colour and a lots of cute cat photos to give a unique and professional online space that looks great on a mobile and computer.

You can see the full website at www.napcats.co.uk. Make sure to add Napcats on Facebook and Twitter to keep up to date on all the latest news and the adventures of Scout and his Napcat buddies.
